THE MISSION
Welcome to Parkinson Personal Training, where fitness and nutrition programmes can get you smashing your targets, get you fitter, stronger and feeling amazing. Whether you want to lose some body fat for the holidays, start working out in a gym for the first time, progress in your lifting to increase strength or hypertrophy, or have a sports specific or body composition specific goal, I’m here to help.
With periodised programmes tailored to each individual, I will ensure we set realistic targets with progressive milestones, and will provide the one to one coaching and motivation that you need to get you there.
